I would never recommend this location to anyone. No one was there. We were unable to access the online service due to no Internet connection. They have all one star reviews. This place should be shut down. They tried to charge me for multiple charges and dropping off late after I dropped it off on time and then tried to charge me another $15 for accidental coverages which I already paid the first time they charge me $112 twice on my credit card of which I had to dispute. Please do not go to this location.

The lady in the site wasn’t friendly threatened to return the truck within six hours and if the truck is not returned by then she will report the truck stolen, which is U-Haul provide 24 hour rental.
AIMEN SLocation was great. The truck was great. Pricing was very reasonable. Rating overall would have been better…IF… it hadn’t of taken over an hour to rent the truck and over an hour to return the truck. Due to very poor reception for your phone. So hard to download the app. No reception. Couldn’t drive down the road to try to get better reception…you had to be onsite. Ended up calling the U-HAUL number for assistance. They were able to help. It also would have been nice to be able to rent a handtruck and furniture pads…but no one was onsite on Saturday.
ANGIE LThis location is a scam. A few weeks ago they charged me for missing blankets which I did return. Today they charged me a $15 cleaning fee for a trailer. The trailer was returned in the same condition I rented it. I would never recommend this location but it is the only return point in Freeport. Total joke. I have had to report them to my credit card company twice.
