Witnessed racial profiling while waiting in line for my turn. The woman waiting on the couple in front of me assumed that the couples reservation had a Mexican last name well because the man was infact Mexican. However me being the whitest in the room had that last name. The worker kept insisting they would be returning the uhaul to fremont location due to the reservation with the Hispanic last name but never stopped to ask their last name from the beginning she went on assuming until the end. She finally asked aren't you the "insert last name" and I spoke up nope thats me! She was like oh...... yup dont assume!
