How U-Haul Reviews WorkDrop off was a bit easier. But still, the app and instructions were not specific. I read the instructions at the gate and locked the truck, took pictures and dropped the keys off. I didn’t realize you had to do the odometer pic live. The truck was already locked and the keys were in the box. Better instructions would be: Step 1) go to the app and follow instructions there before locking the truck and dropping the keys off. There is definitely room for improvement. Other than that, zero issues with the truck itself. Handled like a champ! Even with all the hoops to jump through, I will be using your truck again and soon. This time, I think I’ll handle everything at the locations and in person.
