Very rude and poor customer service at this location U-Haul representative was not helpful at all, left out all of the important details and failed to inform us we needed to download the app and submit photos of equipment and did not give specific instructions about returning after hours. It was very stressful

BRIAN HOn top of the initial fees, they will charge you more than a hundred dollars of fees for a one day rental. I returned it on time, folded the moving blankets, sweeped the truck, made sure everything was perfect and clean, and they somehow came up with more than $100 of charges and fees. I followed every single step and somehow a one day rental turned into $200 dollars.
