I was charged for a dolly that I didn’t use despite being told not to worry about it. My friend tripped and grabbed the dolly to prevent from falling and the zip tie broke. I had my own dolly (two in fact) and never used the one in the cabin. I explained the situation when I returned the truck and was told not to worry but I was charged anyway.
