The store clerk wasn't wearing a mask even after I asked him if he could put one on

Only complaint was that I could never get through on the 1-800 U-Haul number. I would be on hold then it would say having difficulties and call back at another time! This went on for at least 5 hours the morning of my drop off trying to change locations.

Online check-in/pick-up process is terrible. I was waiting about 40 minutes.

Great service and everyone was super friendly. Whole process was easy!

I rented from the main UHaul location in Plano for a reason and my experience with them was very good. I expected to pick up my rental trailer from the Plano location, however, I was sent to the Frisco Goin' Postal location. This is a postal business that rents some UHaul equipment and they are not allowed to keep equipment on-site. So, not only did I have to go to a different location than Plano but after I checked in at Goin' Postal I had to drive to a flooring company to find the trailer. It was very confusing and no one really helped me. I waited quite a long time and then I was rushed to drive behind the building on rocky, unpaved lot with junk everywhere. Then, I get the oldest 4x8 trailer I've ever seen, covered in rust - it get's hooked up to my car without a single description, instruction, nothing. Luckily I watched videos and educated myself because this was the first time I ever pulled a trailer. I checked it when I got home because it was not checked with me at the lot. Important pieces looked newer and everything seemed to work, however, it was filthy inside and out. Inside was covered top to bottom with dirt - easily seen to the eye because there was so much actual dirt - like potted plants and trees were moved in it before. So, at 9pm at night I'm hosing out this trailer so that the next morning I can load it and leave for my trip on-time. The return was as bad because I called UHaul direct and the Goin Postal store's number to find out where to return it and no answer. After 10 tries I drove over to Goin' Postal and they ran outside to tell me I couldn't leave the trailer there and had to return it to some completely new place - some other retail store in Frisco. I told them I would return it to the Plano UHaul location - which I did - and they were great. Overall - the experience was very disappointing - because of Goin' Postal but - as I mentioned - I went direct to the main UHaul in Plano, had the hitch installed and rented the trailer - just so that I would not have issues with poor service.

Location was not a uhaul store like I was use to, but it was very convenient location for me, so yes I was very happy.

It was horrible muddy infact my truck got stuck in mid had to leave it like that horrible place.. lete know I can share pictures

Horrible service and never had such a terrible experience with U-haul. Not only did we have to drive to a separate location than listed above to pick up our uhaul trailer, but they were unprepared and had the trailer in a back lot, stuck in mud, and we were unable to pull up and hook it on to our truck due to the amount of mud and our huge 4WD truck even almost got stuck. They had to use a special truck and took multiple tries to get the Uhaul out of the mud, and once out of the mud, they had to clean it all off and had no urgency in doing all of this, even though we were scheduled to get it at 10- we did not leave the lot until 10:45 and were late for our movers. Very unorganized, unprepared, unprofessional, and on top of that it was sketchy location- I would not have felt safe if my fiance was not with me. Uhaul should have been sitting in the lot at the "goin postal" place ready for us to pick up instead of going through the ordeal we did. Makes me question U-hauls selection of locations they associate with.

Great job quick checkout and very nice

Systems were down. Waited for hours in an extremely hot office. Rep had to cancel and create a new order and selected wrong location.

Rebecca R.

Confusing as to where to find office. No signs to indicated pickup/drop off. Equipment was at a different site. Friendly employees at drop off.

Someone forged my signature for financial gains on an unauthorized transaction twice. Two transactions for two different amounts according to my banking institutions. I have a copy of the receipt with the fake signature.

1. Suppose to pick up at 10.00 AM. The location was not open until 10.05. The process took around 10 minutes and paperwork was done at 10.15. To my surprise, they told me to drive to another location to pick up which I wasted another 10 minutes. At the pickup location, there is no one to attend. Have to wait for at least 15 minutes to get the dolly. But Pads was not available but I was charged $10. Overall I have wasted 1 hour. Very poor experience.

The online check-in and return were both very handy.

Pickup location different from rental location. Lot in disrepair. Glad I was in an off road equipped vehicle. Did not record my return. Was called by Uhaul four days after I dropped off asking when I was returning the equipment.

Radhakrishnan M.

I kept the truck with extra fuel than it required. But still I got charged for additional 1 mile than I estimated in my contract.

Tony C.

The only issue is that the Uhaul equipment is stored off-site, so you need to go about a mile down the street once you complete the contract.

Cassandra M.

The gentleman that checked me out was quick and had great customer service skills. I didn't feel rushed and after U-Hauls new check in system (it's been a while) I was given straight forward instructions.

Michael C.

Weren't open during online hours. Had new hours that had them closing 2 hours earlier than posted online.
