There were computer issues at pick up, that caused some delays. The staff was very helpful and this was not a problem.

Traci PA/ the truck was dirty both in drivers cabin and luggage cabin B/ lady at the counter was cold and unreceptive at time of return. Either having a hard day or wearing a face expression to repel customers.
