Good over4all experience, but the mobile app for renting trucks 24/7 didn't work. Being an career IT guy, I decided to try the mobile app during the location's business hours just in case the app didn't work, and my hunch was right. I walked through the steps I did with the store staff and he agreed the app didn't work. Imagine if I trusted it and decided to try it after hours. But despite that, the staff made the experience a good one.

Please disclose that larger trucks are not available on site and that the pick up/drop off times at the actual location are limited. I was not please that I could not return the truck to the same location after hours and that it would cost me double to drop it off at another location.

General comment that had little effect on the rental. When I picked up the truck I was told that even though I selected a drop off location, I could drop off at any other location. As it turned out, there was a much more convenient location (that hadn't shown up online), however when I took it there they couldn't accept it without a substantial bump in price. There was a pickup scheduled at my original location (makes perfect sense). Just a note for future rentals that you might explain to people. In the end, a great experience and thank you!

My only negative was the person before me maybe used a hose to clean it out so I had to lay moving blankets down to protect my mattress. Also within the rubber cargo mat it was dirty. Drivers mat was also dirty. I think the person that used it before me was transporting dirt or was in the dirt. The van was clean but not as clean as my past uhauls. My other complaint is that uhaul failed to have my rental after having booked this a month in advance. Goin postal was the location they sent me to when there was no van. Goin postal employees were great. I’ll go there next time and skip the Gary burns location. What van you do better?? Van probably could have been cleaner. And should have been available at the location I reserved it. I incurred more miles to pick it up and return it.

Funny how you only let me review the locations and not the process overall. We made a reservation to pickup at 7 am for another site. We needed to pickup at 7am because we had a full day. It wasn’t until 6 pm the night before that we found out our reservation had been moved to a site that didn’t open until 10. Then we were stuck. Terrible service! I called to discuss with U-Haul and they said they couldn’t do anything but would give me a $50 credit. Still haven’t received that over a month later.

Fix door on truck. It would not close completely . However tank had 3/4 full air blew ice cold and mechanically was a new truck.

Didn’t like that address provided was not the one for drop off but not a big deal. Also didn’t like leaving without confirmation on the return, but they did take care of it with 20 minutes of my parking the truck and leaving.

I had to speak to 3 customer service reps about the app not working during pickup, ome calle Deanna straight up ignore my requests and told me to come back on Monday...which is craZy since i had plans. Pickup truck was taken on 8/25 at 11:30 AM and returned on the same day evening after this location's business hours and dropped the key in the drop box. Now I got a bill for three days and charged me three times than expected which shouldn't be. Spoke to the representative of the location, he asked me to contact customer care but no one is picking call in customer care. Need some urgent assistance on this. Please call me at 310-504-7356

Was not a very nice "store" to pick up equipment, seem shady. Should have went with our gut and turned around to find another location. Why? Because the beat up trailer that we rented leaked during a rain storm while traveling out of state and ruined our belongings! EXTREMELY pissed!

I called ahead to get OK to return truck and was directed to the Warren Parkway location Frisco, TX. This is NOT a drop off location. I had to drive to a second location , then a third to drop off the rental truck. It is important to update your call staff on the different locations and what each location offers.

Great service and great staff! The convenience of using the app is great, the only thing here is that for some reason when picking up the truck, the app didn’t approve me as expected, so I had to wait for the store to open so the clerk could validate my driver’s license or payment method –I’m still not sure which one or if any of them at all.

Make sure the equipment is cleaned out before renting. The trailer I had had hangers, used napkins, rope and other items left inside when I went to pick it up.
