I called the day before my rental was scheduled to be picked up with a question about my reservation. The man who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional the entire time. He wasn’t even able to help with my question which was about changing my drop off date. He let me know he was a private owner and not corporate and he could speak how he wanted. I would definitely recommend getting a U-Haul from any where else in the country other than this location. The uhals were crammed in and someone almost wrecked one getting out.
