Owner was stressed but knowledgeable...said I could drop anywhere and I was refused at super center of Willow Lawn on Broad st in Henrico Virginia... they said I would be charged wrong destination fee 457.00 so I ended up at another center at Parnam rd. Henrico Virginia. He quoted me the same price to come back and uhaul raised the price by 50.00 when I came back on the 7th. Uhaul needs to get on the same page for drop offs and pricing.

The equipment was good except for the lights. The directional’s were not working. I did not know this until after I left the lot. I feel the location personnel should have checked this before I left the premises.

Kevin BRented a motorcycle trailer all was well. However, once I left the location my truck vibrated for the whole trip. I think it is due to the fact that the wheels are not balanced on these trailers which made hauling a bit uncomfortable. Once the trailer was removed and no more vibrations and shaking. Other than that all good.
PETER LThe verbal instructions for returning the trailer when we called U-Haul didn’t match the on line instructions. That resulted in a return visit to Buckhorn General Store to ensure the return was successful.
