Nobody was there to complete the rental transaction. Waited 30 + minutes and ended up calling for help at U-Haul Huntsville. I had to connect the trailer myself and make all safety checks. Not reliable place if business.

EULA EPlease make sure ALL lights are working. One Reverse light and a parking light were out on the Uhaul we rented. Other than that, it was clean and maintained.
