Don't even know where to begin. I spent most of the time on the phone with the main office because the guy at this location was HORRIBLE. He talked to me and my fiance like we were ignorant. He over charged our account by 70$ even after there were notes and a dispute on my account from the previous encounter with him. Needles to say my money was refunded by main office and he should be fired. I rather work a uhaul for FREE than to have anyone else have to deal with his hateful rude non professional . service! He also left while in the middle of getting everything fixed saying it wasn't his problem . All he did was sit in the office and smoke like a freight train.

DAVID WThe cab of the truck had ants in it and everyone got bite by them, and the guy did not respond to us when we told him or when we showed him the ants, he had a family emergency the morning we got the truck, and had another guy [Brandon] call me, Brandon was very pleasant and very professional unlike the guy running the place, if you rent from them bring bug spray for the ants in the truck!!!
