I had some trouble opening the door to my rental space. I asked for help to an employee and he immediately walked with me and showed me what I hadn't followed thru with, so he finished all of the steps. I had no problems after that. ............ The manager would finish what she was doing with a customer on the phone, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. ............. I've told all my friends in Gadsden how helpful everyone there had been to me. They were ALL impressed!

Jaylynn W | Overall ExperienceFrom start to finish I’d say it was a great experience! Staring with Tasha I believe at the pick up location. Just amazing customer service and professionalism. When I arrived at the storage locker it was too small and had to wait until the following day, but it was worth the wait because I was helped by Kimberly. She was so knowledgeable, helped adjust my storage to fit my needs. Informed me on best ways to pack and to be able to unload. Saving me all the trouble of figuring it out. To be honest she has so much going on. I was elated to see how she was able handle so many moving parts flawlessly. If she’s not a manager she should be and if she is. She needs a promotion because this type of service should be streamlined. Kimberly and Tasha thank you so much!!!
