I had placed a confirmed order when I booked on line days in advance. When we arrived, the location did not have the moving pads I wanted to purchase nor did they have the furniture dolly I wanted to rent--I had paid for this in my original order. I was not told this until my arrival yet my reservation was confirmed. The owner had not checked ahead of time to confirm they had what I wanted on site and I was not told until the morning of our move. So we had to scramble to come up with a different plan. Then the owner canceled my order and rebooked without the items I had wanted which was fine, except he booked the wrong drop off location. I had to then call at the end of a very tiring day to figure that out. The local person on the Georgia side made it easy but it was one more hassle I had to go through due to the poor organization on the pick up side location.
