I would like to commend the store manager, Denis, for his exceptional service. He is incredibly helpful and proactive. I was running late to pick up my truck, and he took the initiative to call and inform me that the vehicle was ready, kindly reminding me of the pickup. Furthermore, when I was returning the truck using the self-service mobile check-in, Denis saw me following the steps and immediately came over to assist. His enthusiastic support made my experience with U-Haul outstanding. I truly appreciate his help!
