They had no idea on what I or they were supposed to do on a rental return. All she said was “do it all on the app, we only take the keys”.

Daniel WKey box was not in an intuitive spot.... never mind the app not being intuitive to work. I also don't want to be bombarded with MAGA politics when I'm going to pick up a moving vehicle. Had I known, I would not have wanted to give them my business. They had several signs in very prominent locations.
Walton RWe received assistance from a representative even though the site was closed for business. Improvement is needed for the return process. The app is not user friendly. Grateful that the representative processed the return manually.
