The U-Haul app crashed on me while I was taking photos of the trailer to return it. I then reopened the app, and it did not have a record of my rental at all, so I could not complete the return process. I did not like not knowing if the retail was officially finalized and returned. This leaves me with a bad customer experience. The crash occurred while uploading the photos of the trailer. One of the photos was completely black, so I hit the X on the photo to retake it and that is when it crashed. I was using the app on my iPhone 14. I looked again the next day, and it does now show the rental completed from yesterday.

The brakes failed,and had to returned it,.The person in charged was not interested in listening to my request of crediting my return for failed equipment. I called 800 number and opened up a complaint
carlos sThe tentents at the counters need to be better trained. The drop location also should let us return to the same location we pick it up from. Not try and get us to go all over town to return the truck.
