Personnel was helpful, but they had very pointed responses, I did not receive any documentation or have to sign-off on anything when I dropped it off. They just told me to put the trailer over by the other trailer and that was it. I don't even know if there was an office to go into.

HEIDI LLocation is difficult to get in and out of, however it is very close to the interstate and convenient. I used their pull behind trailer service and pickup was quick and easy as well as drop off. Do everything online and make sure to have the app downloaded
