ALEXIS NThe vehicle was clean and the attendant was friendly. However after using the vehicle a total of two hours and 42 miles, I was refueling and the vehicle did not start. I waited two hours for uhaul assistance and when he arrived, he diagnosed that the fuel pump was damaged. The vehicle was towed away and I had to Uber to the drop-off location to get my vehicle. While I understand that freak occurrences happen and don't blame anyone in particular, it was major inconvenience, that cost no one but me. Im not one to seek compensation but, through no fault of my own, my service was not complete, yet I was charged for the complete service. Again, the customer service was good from all involved but the uhaul is supposed to haul you, and this time it didn't.
