Agent did not know the services that were sold and could not explain the charges. Waisted time picking up and dropping off. I was also miss charged because the agent miss informed me.

This is NOT a full-service U-Haul center. It is a gas station that rents a few trucks on the side. Everything was ok or so we thought until the return. It was AWFUL! The return ruined the entire experience. There is nothing in the agreement about a specific parking space to park the vehicle when returning. The U-Haul parking area is very small and in a very busy high traffic entrance area for cars coming into the fuel station. There is no room to pull in and safely turn this full-size truck around to back into a parking place. There are no back up cameras on this truck. Basically, you would be blindly backing up into one-way incoming traffic with a large truck. I pulled straight into the parking area. An Indian lady maybe mid 40's came out YELLNG AND SCREAMNG at me that I MUST park the vehicle exactly as I found it. There is NOTHING in the contract or elsewhere that states this. However, I told her if she would block the entrance to the gas station for a few moments to give me time and space to back up the truck, turn around, and back up into the parking space safely, I would do it. She kept saying ok but refused to stop the cars from entering and continued SCREAMNG at me about it. I again asked her to stop traffic from entering to make it safe and I would turn the truck around. She refused stating that she was pregnant and it was too hot for her to block the driveway. I again explained it was not safe for me to back up into this high traffic area without assistance. She went inside and I left the truck where it was. We had trouble with the U-Haul app. I don't recommend using it. We reluctantly went inside to ask for help and she refused. We went back and forth. She finally started to help and said there is a late charge. We rented the truck for $29 for the DAY! We left at 8:30am (due to issues with the U-Haul app) and returned just before 3:00pm. She finally let that go and went on to fuel. She said there was a fuel charge. We drove the truck exactly 13 miles total and put a few gallons in before return. When we picked up the truck, it was facing out and on a downhill slope. I parked the truck facing in and on an uphill slope. The gas gauge may have been a hair off but that was due to the tank only at 1/4 and on a slope in the opposite direction. She charged me $8.00. To deescalate the hostile argument going on between this woman, myself and my wife I agreed to it. Lesson learned, I should have INSISTED we leave on a full tank and return it full. No matter of opinion, if, and, or buts about it. Never again! Next thing, the lady refused to give her name when asked. My wife took her picture to be part of a customer service complaint to U-Haul about her unprofessional conduct and she went off. Yelling and screaming about we can't take her picture in public, and she is calling the police on us if we don't delete it. Funny thing is that we did some research on this place on the internet and her picture was right there for everyone to see! I would only rent from a legit U-Haul location and not a 3rd party contractor like this.

The UHaul app was not clear. It seemed to suggest that we needed to present my driver's license and credit card to the person at the pickup location. It also wasn't clear that the app wouldn't work until the pick up time. It just failed silently. Then the person at the pickup location was rude.

The person at the counter was not able to process my documents. Not even able to communicate. I was able to do that in the app

The costumer service is very poor. The woman there—I don't know, maybe she's a manager—speaks disrespectfully to the customer; she shouts and refuses to answer questions. Her only response is to call directly U Haul. They are charging over price with out explanation.. But before they are promised price more than $100 less . Don’t be surprise when you see your bill.

Parking lot is jammed with cars for the repair shop. Makes parking your own vehicle and moving the rental vehicle more difficult than necessary.

rude customer experience. Being very short with me. the woman was producing condescending verbiage and tone. mistaked me for someone else, saying all of my people look alike. Unprofessional. the woman who took care of me didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. very unprofessional.

My u-haul reservartion was for 1 15' truck at $29.99/day rental and $1.59/mile in addition to that. And a $7 dolly rental. So my bill should have been 29.99 + (1.59*17) + $7 + $15 for insurance. But I they also charged my $8 for gas which made no sense. If I am paying $1.59/mile for the 17 miles I drove. There is no way for them to justify the $8 they charged for gas.

The vehicle was clean and the attendant was friendly. However after using the vehicle a total of two hours and 42 miles, I was refueling and the vehicle did not start. I waited two hours for uhaul assistance and when he arrived, he diagnosed that the fuel pump was damaged. The vehicle was towed away and I had to Uber to the drop-off location to get my vehicle. While I understand that freak occurrences happen and don't blame anyone in particular, it was major inconvenience, that cost no one but me. Im not one to seek compensation but, through no fault of my own, my service was not complete, yet I was charged for the complete service. Again, the customer service was good from all involved but the uhaul is supposed to haul you, and this time it didn't.

I can't think of a thing. The cargo van I rented seemed brand new, was very clean, and the lady who checked me out and in was professional and knowledgeable and helpful.What more could one add?

After parking the truck on the Dealers small tight lot, the agent initially refused to check my unit in because I did not turn the unit around and back it in. Given the tight nature of the facility and all of the other vehicles present on the lot, I did not want to risk any damages. Also, it appeared from comments made by the agent that they did not have a driver's license or know how to safely move the truck. They wanted me to take the risk if moving the truck on their tight lot.

The place I rented the U-haul was quite alright, but the clerk that worked there was just giving me a hard time. I don’t know if it’s because she assisted me the same time around the year last year or her attitude. Reading me the U-haul terms and conditions in a passive aggressive manner is not really appreciative to the customer (which is I) and I demand that you take immediate disciplinary action.

Horrible experience. Lady was very rude from the beginning. Then when I went back to return the truck, I needed help parking it and she would not help me. Then she had the nerve to start cussing at me. She needs to be shut down/ Fired. Then when I asked about the refund process, she would not help me. Very unprofessional overall.

The employee that helped me with my pickup and drop-off could improve her customer service skills. She was talking on the phone to a friend the whole time that I was doing my pickup. She also seemed to be irritable. A little more kindness and attention to the customer would be great.

They charged me 1 day Extra and also cleaning fees whereas while picking up the truck I informed and showed to associate at store. When I called to discuss additional charges, local store didn't corporate and the lady on phone was very rude and hang up my call.

My reservation included a dolly. The lady Mona said they did not have the dolly and charged me extra for the only piece of equipment she had. I brought the truck back and told her that the mirrors did not work, and the sun visor was broken. Mona said I had to move the truck into a small spot myself. I refused and told her again the mirrors didn’t work on the truck, and it is unsafe. How are you renting a truck this way it is unsafe. I checked my account, and she charged me a $250 cleaning fee. I am disputing this charge and the unprofessional service I have had since I picked up this truck.

First of, the Indian lady at this location was so rude. I told her I have a reservation upon arrival and She asked if I received a text and I said no, showing her my reservation on my phone. She wouldn’t even look at that because she said if I did have a reservation, I should have received a text. She then asked me how I got her address to come there so I had to click on the link in the app for directions to show her before she believed I had a reservation instead of asking for a reservation number or other means. I had reserved equipment for my moving that I normally wouldn’t take cos a friend has it all and I always used his but equipment options kept coming up and I said to my self, let me just rent it from them since it could be convenient not having to return my friends outnumber who lives far now so I reserved all that I needed. I got there and the main dolly I needed, she told me they didn’t have it so I had to go buy some. Upon coming back to return the truck, she wanted me to pack it the way it was as I picked it up. Mind u, this is a 20” size and the place is a gas station with no space. I told her I couldn’t because of the space there. All trucks were still there and she wanted me ti turn the car around and backup into the small space like it was. She then said if I don’t, she won’t check the car in so I had to find someone buying gas to help back the car in there for me. I believe whoever is working at a U-Haul location should be able to do things like that as other places I have rented from would either move the truck out or in place where it’s hard to. I don’t think she should be working there.

I walked in without a reservation, cashier asked if I have one and I said No, I ask her if can I make one a she said is not any truck available. I left the store and i did the reservation by the app, for my surprise was at the same location when she said No equipment and No reservations available, she was on the phone all the time, she was rude and unhelpful and unprofessional. She make me spend time driving around trying to find a truck.

This was a bad experience! 1/10.. Do not rent from this gas station! I recommend renting from an actual U-Haul company. This lady was very unprofessional and accused me of breaking a mirror on the truck that was already loose. She also threatened to charge my card for the mirror and then told me that everything was fine. It was also a bad language barrier.

This business is so convenient, yes this is a BP Gas station, but the location is perfect just off 270 and 200, the staff are extremely helpful. This is my fourth time using the same location the past few years and I always come back because they're amazing. They continue to have great service and I appreciate them. Keep up good work.

I had reserved the cargo van pick up at this location, and my confirmation email confirms that my reservation was for a cargo van, but the attendant at the location said the system shows we reserved a truck and insisted that they don't have a cargo van available even though there was one parked at the location. She was also having lunch at our time of pick up (1:30PM) and had us wait around for 5-10 minutes so she could finish her lunch first before she made a phone call to resolve the matter. At least when we went back in after the wait she did let us drive the cargo van that was parked there. She also appears to not know anything about the system. When we dropped of the cargo van and asked her for a confirmation email that it is dropped off, she said she couldn't produce anything like that to confirm that we've dropped it off. When I asked what my final total was, she told me she didn't know and that I'll find out when I get the final receipt. Never coming back here again.
