I reserved a 10' online and was going to drop it off at another location. The confirmation call said the 10' could not be dropped off, so I would be getting a 20' for the price of 10'. I didn't want one bigger than a 10'. So I had to load, drive about 140 miles, unload, and return it the next day. The time was great, though, from 9 am to 9 am. I tried the app to pick it up at 7:30 before the rental place opened. It did not work at all. I uploaded a facial picture, driver's license (front and back), and allowed it to know my location (beside the U-Haul). Then I needed to find a person to call. I provided two numbers, neither of which worked. I'll never use the app again.
Mark MThey need a sign on the door indicating it as a uhaul place as there are other doors to businesses at this location.
