It was the most awful thing I have ever experience. I’ve always been with U-Haul and use your guys service for over 30 years. This particular place I went to. I had to call U-Haul customer service. They were absolutely a delight. They stayed on the phone with me they end up, asking the person why they didn’t help us. It was just awful. U-Haul does not need to have their trucks there at all.
