Very easy process picking up the rental from Aubuchon. The truck was ready, fully gassed and all ready to go for us.
Linda KNot the fault of this location but trying to do self pick up and return on the app is frustrating and it just does not work properly. I had to go into the store anyway. Picture and license scan does not work through the app.
Dawn DThe only thing I don't understand is that I got the $15 insurance coverage. But was charged $25 for insurance coverage.
