I had booked 3pm-5pm and upon arrival, the cargo van was unavailable due to another customer. I had to reschedule until 4pm, come back and paid twice. Also the site allowed me to select a furniture dolly but those were not available.

Stephen KI was over charged by 85 dollars because the morons can't be bothered to record mileage when vehicles are returned. I contacted customer service a week ago and as I expected, haven't heard anything or seen a refund of any sort. Do yourself a favor and go with Budget or at least stay the fuck away from Aubachon in Gardner.
