How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe UHaul login experience and app didn’t work for me and my husband, a technical marketing engineer who knows his way around computers. We couldn’t open our reservation in the app, so we checked in in person.
Laura FMore clarity/honesty on pickup drop off time. I picked up the night prior before closing so I could start early and be done. Prior to booking the sales person I spoke to said they don’t charge an extra day as long as it is back during the calendar day scheduled. I clarified this on pickup and no one said anything in contrary. Following day bill charges arrive in my email, they bill me extra day rental, extra day insurance. Be honest from the start and it is my choice, don’t misrepresent and then hide charges.
Jamie CI had booked 3pm-5pm and upon arrival, the cargo van was unavailable due to another customer. I had to reschedule until 4pm, come back and paid twice. Also the site allowed me to select a furniture dolly but those were not available.
Syn SGreat service and a brand new van, what more could they do? Nothing at all. Thank you.
