I was over charged by 85 dollars because the morons can't be bothered to record mileage when vehicles are returned. I contacted customer service a week ago and as I expected, haven't heard anything or seen a refund of any sort. Do yourself a favor and go with Budget or at least stay the fuck away from Aubachon in Gardner.

Scott HNo air conditioning in the vehicle. When I returned to Aubuchon Ace Gardner to report it the employee Stephanie Peterson said “that’s UHAUL’s problem.” The vehicle was dirty when picked up. Stephanie charged me a cleaning fee and an environmental fee. I’ll never rent from them again!
