The staff at Integrity were great. UHAUL's systems were a byzantine nightmare that even caused issues for the staff to navigate in order to make sure I got the same price on my order confirmation.

My box truck that I rented was completely off alignment to the left which made the steering a bit difficult. The A/C did not work half of the time I was driving the truck.

MICHAEL MI only moved 12 miles, but was required to use the one-way truck instead of the in-town. They did not have a good explanation for it, and even said that the trucks are the same for either option. I felt like I could have saved over $100…otherwise, they were nice and the truck was practically new.
