I’ve never received that with other locations in the past. We rented the same day as the request and were taken care of immediately. We also were very well educated on the process even though we had prior experience with renting which is great. AISHA TThose guys are friendly and honest. I’ve been to U-Haul many times in the past and I have been ripped off and everything else. They were kind and patient as I tried to scrape up my money to pay. They even gave me a bottle of water because it was over 90 degrees outside. Thank you guys for being so considerate.
TRACY HTell the real and complete rate before getting people to book then adding on additional charges. My charges were way more than expected. Also add some lighting were we pick the uhaul up, it was a very sketchy place. I will not return.
