I was told that I can drop off the truck at 11 instead of 7 which we got it there before 11 dropped off the key as the app stated is to do and we got charged extra when I was told there would be no charge. I paid 2800 for the truck and trailer plus we returned the trailer a day early. I was told there is nothing that can be done for me because uhaul charges this automatically.
