The trailer was dropped off after business hours so there was no staff present. We used the app to return the trailer.

KEVIN DI rented the toy hauler. This was to haul a truck, you have to enter all this information when renting. There was not option to add proper straps or chains in the rental so we assumed it would come with it. Especially being you have to enter info to make sure the trailer is safe for what you want to haul. That’s pointless without have proper straps. Should include them with the rental.
Briana HAlmost no room to drop off the trailer, the staff was unhelpful and made us bring out the jack, jack up the trailer and unhook it, very unhelpful about location the trailer or helping us get the trailer in said location, made us take the jack out from underneath when we were done and then take the jack inside for them. Would not recommend
