I didn’t have a drop off location so I had to call the 1-800 number. Had lots problems first I kept getting a sales pitch that didn’t want. Even guys at drop off warning of computer issues and it was going to take a while. Once I got thru everything went great with rep on the phone.

Doris AI dropped the truck off after hours so can’t really comment on the personnel or service. Drop off was quick and easy other than the multiple pictures that had to be uploaded to the app.
