Total disaster. Would never go back to this location. Was charged a late fee, and should’ve been. More importantly they did not install the trailer on my hitch properly.

Jason BThe move was exhausting, in returning the truck, we cleaned it up, parked it, took the pictures and dropped the key into the drop box after hours, but FORGOT to fill up the tank. The next day, staff were very understanding and took care of it for me! What a relief, since I have never driven a moving truck and my driver was unavailable to come back.
