We have used trailers and storage units from this company for the last two years for moving twice, random pick ups for items and purchases. They have always accommodated us at a moments notice. We have always been satisfied with the equipment and staff..
ROBIN MI only say "no" for the personnel being helpful because I dropped it off during hours it was closed on a Saturday, so there was no chance for the personnel to be present. It's nothing against them. But I also wasn't sure where to put the key to the truck.
