Heather R.When a customer asks for a printed paper copy of their receipt, go out and check the vehicle over quickly and come back in and print it out for them while they are there and later go back and wipe down the vehicle later. Don't make the customer stand there for almost 20-30 minutes while you dilly dally around cleaning the vehicle and sit inside the vehicle in the drivers seat on your phone not wiping anything down for almost 5-10 minutes. Then act put out because she had to come back in and print you a receipt!!!
