They asked me to do a load share, didn’t tell me how much it would weigh. Pretty sure they upgraded the truck from a 15ft to a 26ft just to haul the trailer down, they told me they had no 15ft trucks available but when I picked up my 26ft there were 15ft trucks in the lot. Never gave me any fuel reimbursement for the huge truck. Trailer got a flat and put me behind a whole day. I had to get an unplanned hotel room, as well as cancel a flight with no refund and book another with no reimbursement. I also missed my wife’s birthday because of the delay. Customer service said they would issue a full refund for all of the issues I had to deal with. Opened a case and then closed it with no refund before even contacting me like they said they would. Extremely unhappy and I will not be using them in the future unless this is resolved as it was discussed. Also pretty insane they let non class A drivers drive an about 50 ft truck and trailer across the country with no previous experience.
