I dropped the trailer in iron river like I was told cleaned and folded the blankets and you charge me 38 plus dollar's extra, freaking rediculous, I will never use U-Haul ever again, terrible company
ROBIN LHad to replace missing bolts on trailer
Ron RI dropped the truck off after hrs so cannot comment on the staff as I had no interactions with them. But the facility was clean- well organized and easy to find. Parking was a bit limited for a big truck. Overall a good experience w Uhaul - I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. Real good equipment- service and instructions. Good job Uhaul team!!!
