The location was actually great, but what you did do is move my rental across town instead of the nearest location to my house and I had to compensate. If I make a reservation at one place and you move it 20 minutes away when I’m on a tight timeline you need to honor the original location and get the equipment to that location. It was unacceptable to switch the day before and me have to change my plans for the day because of it.

Transmission is in bad shape, takes too long for the gears to shift and it lurches. The cargo door gets stuck about a foot from full closure, it’s a bear to get it fully closed.
