Excellent experience The truck was clean and near perfect for my needs, and got almost 10 mpg.
clinton sNo improvements needed that I experienced! The office was very very clean.. and from what I could tell, the whole property was clean. Mitzi was very personable, very friendly and down to earth! I will definitely use Done-Deal U-Haul rental again!
BETTY SLocation was great - service was personable and truck was clean and ran well. My criticism is somewhat deceptive advertising. On the truck it advertises 19.99 for the day but with a $1.09. / mile - with no other option for mileage fees, this ended up at almost $200 for a 21 hour rental. Ten times what is painted on the truck. While the vehicle and service was good - I will avoid U Haul in the future. By the way, the fees were disclosed up front and I understood them. Unfortunately I didn’t as in a bind at the end of the day and hen my truck broke down (while towing a U haul trailer - not trailer’s fault). Your prices are just too high for me to think of you as an alternative unless I am in n extremis.
