The location never answered the phone and did not return voicemails. The office was never open even during business hours. We had several issues with the main uhaul phone number during the reservation where the uhaul line would tell us they were having problems and to contact the local office and it would hang up (meaning the national support was unavailable). But when we called the local office, no matter the day or time of day, no one answered or returned voicemails. 0/10. Will actively encourage people to not use this location. The vehicle was clean and easy to pick up, but other than that we were left alone during the reservation without any assistance from the local office.

CARLOS QMitzi is over and beyond understandable to the unexpected to happen . Super nice and my experience with her and my rental was absolutely great. I had problems, out of the gate ,little did I know! It was very very nice for someone to understand and not pressure you to get the rental back. And it was reserved for someone else. And my dilemma had an impact on that I'm sure. But she was wonderful about it. I would recommend using this location to anyone. The prices are very affordable. She will give you tips on where to get the cheapest gas to refill what you used. Very user friendly way to deposit your keys if should be after hours. Rental was clean, ready to go. Yes ,Dun Deal is the place to go if you should need a vehicle to relocate your " Things" .
