The check in and return process were so disjointed that it was frustrating from start to finish. Based on this experience, I will find another truck rental company in the future.

Richard CThe staff at said location were fine. Uhaul, how ever pulled the old bait and switch. I went through an agent to reserve a truck. We found a truck , one way, for $85 if I dropped in a neighboring town. We reserved it. The morning we went to pick up, I'm told it's $125. The manager at said location tried to see if he could fix but explained that as a third party he was unable to. I'm disgusted with uhual bringing such a con back. We went ahead anyway because, well, it was moving day. Never again with uhual!
