Absolutely the worst U-Haul experience of my entire life. I called and arranged and reserved for a trailer to be picked up only to come in on the day and find all of U-Haul systems down and me having to wait for over 2 1/2 hours to get the trailer to finally move my son into his new apartment.

The staffing for this location appears to be unpredictable. On the date of pickup, which was a Saturday, the one person that was supposed to process each rental called in sick, leaving the other two staff members to handle dispatching and returns. It was chaos. The lady who was dispatching my truck was as pleasant as she could manage, but she was clearly overwhelmed with the stream of people who had reservations.
Timothy SI showed up and the lady cleaning had to take my keys because she said the person working didn't show up. And there were a few other people there trying to return the trucks as well. Also she said they weren't supposed to be getting any more drop offs anyways so fix your logistics
Josiah RThere was an issue with the drop-off location listed in the system and what was on my receipt, and staff made sure I was aware of who I could call to resolve the situation and get refunded the $71 this error cost.
