When someone has made a reservation weeks ahead of time please don’t change their reservation for someone that makes it a day before. The 800 number called to change my reservation and I said no and they changed it anyway. My local UhAul ( the one I use every week) people are wonderful and they helped me out. 1-800-UhAul please stop calling me and changing my reservation that I have had for weeks to satisfy someone else.

Meredith MI was not able to choose the drop off location so dropped off at the provided location after hours. Had to leave the trailer in a poorly lit street due to area being so crowded. Seemed pick-up location choose drop-off location after telling me that I could choose drop-off location.
