Equipment was not ready for pickup at my requested time, after one hour waiting they finally provided me the track. It was not cleaned. After 24 hours I didn’t receive any updates on the promised compensation for delay and not even an email with final receipt

JOHN KStaff was responsive and friendly. Found a homeless guy sleeping in the truck during pick up. Because of that homeless person, the truck had a bad odor and food residue on the seats and floor.
