The convenience store person was polite. He was the only person working so he was sometimes distracted by other customers business. The truck was clean on the inside but needed to be washed on the outside.

Again the website was so slow. Need to update your infrastructure
RONDA WMy pick-up location was changed last minute almost 20 miles outside of town. The new location did not even know the user name and password to log into their laptop and we waited for over an hour for them to figure it out. They did not have the items I had ordered and were unable to print a receipt. When we went out to pick up the trailer it had obvious dents that were cut out of the pictures provided. TERRIBLE experience. I Would like to be contacted by Uhaul.
