Employee could not assist. Stated that she does not handle U-Haul. That’s her bosses job and she won’t be available till possibly Tuesday because they are closed on Sunday and Mondays. BTW, I was under contract to return by Monday. In order to fulfill obligations I dropped on Saturday.

Uhaul might want to replace lock box lock. Letters for code were hard to turn and lock was hard to open. Luckily they were open and Bears Den employee was very friendly and came out and unlocked it for me.
