I reserved this truck via the web for self check out at 9AM. I visited the location the day before and saw a truck parked out back. The day before, my 9AM was delayed to 11AM. I arrived at 11AM and physically checked in at the counter. My assigned truck had not been returned yet, so I was given the truck in the back I'd seen the day before. In the end, it seemed my guarantee was related to the day, not the hour promised. I lost 2.5 hours of moving men labor. Not a good experience despite the attendant expressing sincere apologies. I hope these unnecessary delays can be avoided on my next rental scheduled for next week.
