I was quoted a price over the phone and when I went to pick up my van, the price was quite a bit higher. That was disappointing as the people said there was nothing they could do about it. Also, the inside of the van was dirty, particularly the bed where there was mud or dog droppings tracked in. I will look for a different carrier next time unless someone responds to this.
