Staff super nice. I would rent from them again. Very convenient location. Van had not been cleaned before we picked it up. After I was done with the van and before I returned it I used a leafblower and blew the debris out. I also wiped the dust from the dash and doors.

Vehicle was clean but, the right rear blinker did not work unless the lights were set to on. I rented the u-haul truck through 7/2 and returned it on 7/2, but was charged through 7/3. I'm very disappointed.
Linda AI was quoted a price over the phone and when I went to pick up my van, the price was quite a bit higher. That was disappointing as the people said there was nothing they could do about it. Also, the inside of the van was dirty, particularly the bed where there was mud or dog droppings tracked in. I will look for a different carrier next time unless someone responds to this.
