Not much. A very positive experience all the way around! Jona was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. I very much appreciate the fact that he pulled up the Uhaul and I didn't have to go search for it. THAT is true Customer Service!
Amalia GThe Truck itself needs to be looked at. When I was driving on the 202, it felt as though the truck was going to shut off from all the hesitation it was doing. Almost thought I had to pull over a few times.
CARLOS HThe trailer was full of dirt and rocks. The guy that loaded it up did not check lights and they were not working. When I brought it back I walked in and he told me to go drop it off in the back nobody came out to take it off my truck and to verify the condition I cleaned it out and unhooked I took pictures of it off my truck just to keep me safe not a good location.
