Had to pick the truck up at a different location, as it was not available where we rented it. This added additional mileage to our rental. We also reserved a furniture dolly and was told they didn’t have any, but we could go to a different location to get one. (More mileage to have to pay for) Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Had to ask where to go inside the store, drop off process was somewhat confusing. You see U-Haul trucks in the parking lot but the drop off point is not clear. I asked for confirmation and they just told me everything was emailed and took the keys and said I was good to go. I actually called the next day myself to confirm that it was in fact returned and in the system correct as a peace of mind, which as a customer, I should not have to do.

MARK STruck was on E when I got it - had to get gas right away. Also, I added a dolly and when I picked up there was no dolly and they said they never have any at this location.
