Not very organized, had to hitch the trailer myself with little to no assistance from staff. Upon return, staff member asked if I had unhitched at which time I said no and they didn’t seem to want to assist in unhitching or getting me closed out. Doubtful I would recommend this location, I only use cause it’s conveniently located near where I live.

SHARON GContract 10289047. Hello David Anderson. This is Carl Moore. I talked to you on Friday about Shoppers Gilbert Overcharging me by $170. Frank said the $170 discount would go back on my card when i returned the truck to Lakeside which i drove an hour to for the discount rather than dropping it off in Snowflake next door to my house. When i called Shoppers Don said once the contract is closed he cant see any history and i needed to contact Uhaul. I called Uhaul and Christa assured me I would get the discount. I was worried because I didn't see it on my printed copy. She transferred me to Lakeside and the lady that answered in Lakeside said I would get the discount in my original quote that Shoppers used to build the contract and to talk to Frank when I drop off the truck because Mike will not be in and Frank will no exactly what im talking about. At drop off I talked to Frank and he said there is nothing he can do and seemed genuinely concerned. Mr Anderson you said you would email me at carlm6536@gmail.com. I'm just looking for an update. Thank you.
