Nothing. Fast and friendly service. The location had the trailer available that we required. Easy return and drop off. And this location is 1/4 mile from our house. We will use U-haul again in the future when we need to move a large item. Thank you. Way easier than ouning and storing a trailer for that once or twice a year that we need to move a large item.

Mike MStaff was great, easy to pick up equipment. The only issue was the system being down multiple times while I was looking to book the equipment and again the system was down when I was to pick up the trailer. Thankfully the system came back online quickly, it seems though that if the online system had not come back, I would have had to wait. There needs to be a paper back up for situation like these so not to delay any departure. Other than that, everything was seamless.
Jeffrey APick up location was great but the ordeal to get my truck was terrible. It took 2 hours on the phone to get someone to help me. I talked to 5 different people and finally the last one could help. There was a difference in the rate of $500 they were going to charge me more. Finally paid on the phone for the rental. Terrible experience!!!! Two hours wasted of my time.
