The location was good and I appreciate the work the associate went to overcoming UHaul computer issues. He had to complete the rental over the phone with UHaul. The customer later in the day when I returned the trailer had already been waiting an hour and was still not checked out.

Shoppers Supply Gilbert was informed via telephone in a timely manner but would not/could not/did not (take your pick) correct the contact. You will need to contact the renter of your trailer in some other manner.
