Pick up location was great but the ordeal to get my truck was terrible. It took 2 hours on the phone to get someone to help me. I talked to 5 different people and finally the last one could help. There was a difference in the rate of $500 they were going to charge me more. Finally paid on the phone for the rental. Terrible experience!!!! Two hours wasted of my time.

DELMAR SCommunication is better the earlier it is received. I didn’t know how to pickup the rental until I started searching on the UhAul app. If there was a way to have communicated this earlier it would have been completely painless.
