Almost nobody at this location speaks English. Basic communication like "return" not possible. No signage for Uhaul at this location, it just looks like a gas station. 3 phone numbers required for a rental is stupid.

The cashier was rude, I spoke with three different employees until one finally helped. I has to call and book over the phone while I was there. They were not helpful at all. I will not be returning to this location
gabriella gThe truck was filthy dirty needed a complete wash. Couldn't hardly see through the windows. The cargo area had broken glass shards everywhere..I had to completely clean out the back before I used it and got glass stuck in my hands it was not a good thing. The pickup location did not appear to perform any service or cleaning on the truck whatsoever which was a let down... Highly recommend someone cover the issues with the pickup location so that does not happen to the next customer! I payed good money to rent the truck it should be maintained much better than that!
Ron GI was forced to pick up a trailer with the wrong ID due to the agent's mishandling of the paperwork at the pickup location. The agent should have corrected the paperwork.
Shinya SI would recommend but it is a truck stop and the client should be aware of the people around there...I would not say this is a good location for an elderly person or not very good for anyone in the night to drop off or pick up.
