The lot is very tricky to find. Yes, directions were given. But a bit confusing, an easy way to do it is to save the location of the lot and text it to the customers. The truck was parked in such a Tight spot between two other trucks that it was very tricky to maneuver a risk unnecessary for customers.

THOMAS K1. Ordered moving blankets online with truck. Location doesn’t have. If I hadn’t called the day before to confirm. I wouldn’t have had blankets. Got them from another location. Went to pick up at Exxon Glen Rock. No one informed me that it was a two step process and the truck was at a location in Ridgewood. 2. Very poor service all around
