Chrissy GThe lot is very tricky to find. Yes, directions were given. But a bit confusing, an easy way to do it is to save the location of the lot and text it to the customers. The truck was parked in such a Tight spot between two other trucks that it was very tricky to maneuver a risk unnecessary for customers.
OMAR AThe attendant was helpful however did not tell me I needed to scan the QR code to complete the return process and then I was unable to retroactively complete the process.
