Inconvenient set up that you have to go from one location to the other to pick up the truck. I was told the key was in Box 8 but it was actually in Box 9. All of the locks appeared to preset to allow for opening so I was able to locate the key. The furniture blankets and dolly I requested were not in the truck and there was no U-Haul representative on-site. It's hard to tell if there is even an office at the pick up lot. There is no designated customer parking area. The truck was only half fueled - I expected a truck fully loaded, ready for duty. If I knew I was going to have this experience, I would have went elsewhere.
