They didn’t have the dolly & furniture pads I had requested. We had to drive to another site to get the keys & the location was very confusing and hard to find. The person at the counter was not very helpful

Michael GThis location has a lot of vans and truck to choose from. One thing I would improve: to be able to buy blankets at the location not on line only.
Kira VIt would be nice if the parking lot driveway had even a small sign indicating it's location. Otherwise, it was a very easy facilitation.
