How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location is a gas station where there was no one actually there except a pump attendant who needed to call someone to explain how to use the app. The trucks were at a lot behind houses about 1/3 mile from the gas station. There was very little service at the lot and it took a long time to upload the pictures to get started.

Mehmet AThe location address for picking up the truck was not accurate. The address provided is where you can get instructions from someone that tells you that the truck is actually in another location that was .25 miles away from the location shown in the app as the rental address. Once there, the equipment reserved was not ready with the hand truck that I reserved. I had to get that myself at a separate storage shed that was not easily accessible and no clear directions on the lock combination. I showed up at 12:03pm for my reservation and was not on my way with the truck until approximately 1pm (almost an hour after I arrived). UHUAL should make sure the subcontracted location address is accurate and trucks are available there, not some distance away. What if I had shown up in an uber? I would not rent from this location again
Jason HInconvenient set up that you have to go from one location to the other to pick up the truck. I was told the key was in Box 8 but it was actually in Box 9. All of the locks appeared to preset to allow for opening so I was able to locate the key. The furniture blankets and dolly I requested were not in the truck and there was no U-Haul representative on-site. It's hard to tell if there is even an office at the pick up lot. There is no designated customer parking area. The truck was only half fueled - I expected a truck fully loaded, ready for duty. If I knew I was going to have this experience, I would have went elsewhere.
